How long does delivery take?

Every card is made to order in our Lincoln factory and shipped within 2 working days. Standard UK delivery then takes 2–3 working days (£3.95, free over £35). Need it faster? Choose Next Day Delivery (£10) and order by 12pm Mon–Fri.

What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo taken in daylight, head-to-chest, facing the camera. We automatically remove the background for you. Blurry, dark or very small photos will print blurry — if in doubt, send us two and we’ll pick the best.

What sizes are the cards?

Small 28×19cm, Medium 38×26cm, Large 48×33cm and Extra Large 58×40cm, printed on rigid 3mm board with a gloss finish. Prices are shown next to each size on the product page.

Can I return a personalised card?

Because each card is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. But if the print isn’t right, it arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll reprint it free — see our Delivery & Returns page.

How does “buy one card, get one half price” work?

Add two or more cards to your basket and the discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. It works across all our card ranges.

Do you do team or club orders?

Yes — email hello@kidsmerch.co.uk with the number of cards and we’ll set it up for you.

Are you affiliated with EA Sports or FIFA?

No. Kids Merch personalised cards are our own designs and are not affiliated with EA Sports, FIFA, or any sporting organisation, football club, player or team.
