Every card is made to order in our own factory in Lincoln and shipped within 2 working days of your order (Mon–Fri).

You’ll get an email when your order is dispatched. Christmas last-order dates are announced on our homepage banner each November.
Returns & The Kids Merch Promise
Because every card is personalised and made just for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. But we stand behind every card we make:
- Not happy with the print? Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it free of charge.
- Damaged in transit or lost? Send us a photo of the item and packaging (or let us know it hasn’t arrived 10 working days after dispatch) and we’ll replace it.
- Our mistake on the personalisation? We’ll reprint it free. Please double-check spelling and stats before you order — we print exactly what you enter.
- We reply to every message within 1 working day.
